Special Reports for Customers

Our standard report has been designed to meet the requests from by our clients over many years. It is made available in .pdf format, and includes:

  1. An executive summary presented as a table of contents Hyperlinked to fault reports.

  2. A comprehensive list of equipment scanned, suitable for insurance, record and tracing purposes.

  3. The status of each line item in the equipment list as determined by the Thermographer.

  4. A single page detailed annexure on each fault for the client to manage and monitor repair work.

We frequently include brief comments such as access conditions, special tools or keys required, or operational constraints including preferred timings because of load variations. These assist both those repairing or monitoring faults, and those conducting future Thermographic Surveys.

Where a facility is found to have numerous Non-Thermal faults of a similar nature we may produce a single representative image accompanied by a check sheet listing the individual faults. This reduces the amount of "paper" in the system but still gives the client a workable control method to manage the individual faults.

Where a large number of faults may be classified into sub groups we can provide grouped listings to assist with scheduling repairs. Some customers with larger complexes use these tables extracted as spread sheets to manage task allocation for repairs.
